The only TV show I follow is Medium. I think it is one of the best I've seen in a long time. Sometimes unexpected and always original, I like the way it portrays the struggle of living with a psychic ability.
There's a lot of poor quality shows on that I can't be bothered with. If Medium is discontinued I guess I'll rent movies more often instead of watching TV.

The thought never crossed my mind that medium would not return this fall. Now I see it was canceled. Why is it that the good shows are the ones that don't last? There are so many shows with the main topic being supported by violent acts it was nice to watch one with a different angle. I will miss it. And why does the network have to leave us dangling? Next time make the shows' finale look like a possible end.

This is a great show. It always had a good story line and wonderful acting. What an injustice if that show was cancelled.

Let's face it. The days of a major network supporting a series that shows a loving, functional family are over. Even though the series has a wife that solves murders by dreams and ESP, which definately causes problems - the family is supportive and sticks together because they love each other. That is what appeals to me, as I'm sure it does to many others. The situations are interesting and many shows are riveting; but the family bond it there - though everything.

Medium needs to go USA or similar. The 'common' networks are just that now. Common. Nothing but 'reality' shows that are as far from reality as you can get; but hey, that's what the networks are peddling.

The shows that show a bit of originality are in jepordy. Not just Medium; but several others as well. If a show is truely original, you can count on it lasting a season or two. Three at the most. The Twilight Zone would never have made it in today's network mindset. And that is a sad commentary.
